Our mission is simple:Help exceptional founders raise smarter capital and execute stronger fundraising strategies — without the noise, misinformation, or “dumb money” traps that distort early-stage outcomes.

Why We Exist

In Brazil, many early-stage founders struggle with three systemic constraints:

1. Limited access to capital markets (Angels, VCs, Family Offices).
2. Weak or unrealistic valuation strategies and fragmented fundraising know-how.
3. No bandwidth to run an end-to-end capital-raising process while building the company.
The result:
Lower valuations, poor investor fit, and long-term dilution that kills upside.
Our goal is to reverse that.

1. Stage — Bootstrapped, Pre-Seed, or Seed (R$500k–40M valuation)
2. Market — Large, growing markets with clear pain points and scalability
3. Model — B2B or B2B2C; scalable monetization and unit economics
4. Product & Tech — Proven product-market fit and differentiation
5. Founders — Experienced, complementary team with execution ability
6. Traction — MRR/ARR, retention, CAC, LTV, and growth signals
7. Competition — Strategic clarity, barriers, and differentiation
8. Financials — +R$50k MRR, margins, realistic projections, profitability path
9. Risks — Clear mitigation of regulatory, legal, or technical risks
10. Exit Strategy — Realistic path via VC, CVC, FO, M&A, or IPO
